The Elenzia Protein sachet has been a gamechanger for me as a busy mum with a protein focus. I have my sachet daily with breakfast and the 10g it provides helps me hit my 30g breakfast goals with ease.
The result has been me feeling properly fuelled for the busy days I have as a mum of 3 and business owner. I feel less inclined to eat sugary snacks in the afternoon as I’m properly satiated.

I really struggle with flavoured liquids and normally favour the flavourless powders but i tried these and found the flavour fresh and light and not sickly or with any unpleasant aftertaste. Plus it really helps when you are hungry in between meals.

I have a number of health problems which leave me struggling to eat enough protein. These gel sachets have been a great addition to my daily routine, allowing me to easily increase my protein intake and give me a much needed boost of energy when I’m extremely fatigued. I recently added these protein gel sachets from Elénzia to my post exercise routine and I need to admit that I’m really impressed with the amount of protein you’re getting in each serving, especially if you compare it to any other plant protein supplement out there. The great thing is that it’s not just about the protein content. These also help control hunger, improve recovery and sustain energy throughout the day, which is very well needed when I opt for exercising in the morning and have a long day ahead of me. The ease and convenience of taking the sachets wherever you are is something worth mentioning as well – no mixing required, although you can add it to water (which I prefer usually). Would love to see it in more flavours for sure.
