Having taken Menopause PM for 6 weeks I feel that the benefits had started to kick in, and I continued to feel better once I stopped taking it. My hair loss slowed down, and my sleep improved. Definitely worth continuing.

Taking this supplement prior to sleep has been an addition to my sleep routine. This has helped to promote a better nights’ sleep, as well as the supplement itself. It will be interesting to see if there are further symptom improvements when taking alongside the AM supplement.

I did feel the benefits when taking the supplement, my night sweats eased and my brain fog was reduced a lot! However, I wish the taste was a little bit better, the flavour is very strong and I couldn’t taste the apple

I had straight from sachet and found flavour pleasant.
It helps in my energy levels and I slept slightly better whilst using it.
I would recommend to others as when the Trial ended I really noticed the difference. It also helped with the flushes at night although that took a few days at the beginning to take affect. Would buy again

I’m afraid I haven’t noticed any significant change after taking menopause pm sachets. I found the sachets too sweet as well. I am sure they will help some people though and are worth trying if you are suffering.

I personally enjoy adding it just to my water, once mixed – the drink basically tastes like an apple juice. It helps me unwind in the evenings and I’ve noticed better sleep quality since I started taking it. The collagen has visibly improved my skin texture too, which I didn’t really expect, so that is just another perk. I also love that it’s free from dairy, gluten, sugar and artificial additives – feels like a clean choice. It’s like a little nightly treat that’s also helping me feel and look my best. Definitely recommend giving it a go.
