Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal information such as name, address, and contact details will only be used for the purpose of each study.
  • Data collected in each study will be collated into a report upon study end, and each participant’s information will remain anonymous.
  • We will only contact you by email for study marketing purposes if you agree for us to do so during your study.
  • Your data will be used to generate two reports at the end of your study, and any personal identifiable data will be destroyed within a maximum period of 180 days upon study completion.

Study Results

  • One report with your personal results will be sent to you directly by email within 28 working days of study completion. This report, along with any personally identifiable information, will then be deleted within a maximum period of 180 days in compliance with GDPR.
  • We will only retain your email address if you have agreed to be notified about future studies.
  • Our main study report will also be sent to you upon study completion. This report will not hold personal identifiable information and results will remain anonymous. This report may be used for marketing purposes.

Participation Guidelines

  • You have the right to withdraw from your study at any time without giving a reason and without penalty (this may affect the rewards offered for completion).
  • You have the right to withdraw from any study at any point in time, and all participant information will be destroyed within 28 days of the request.

Study Participation Requirements

  • Each consumer study on the Ingredients for Life app will require active participation. Levels of participation required will be outlined in each study summary before you start.
  • Each study will require different active participation for varying lengths of time.
  • Each study will last for a minimum of 4 weeks. The exact duration of each study will be provided in the study summary.
  • The purpose of each study will be to receive consumer feedback on nutritional supplements.
  • Participants can only take part in one study at a time.

Supplement Information

  • Supplements provided by Ingredients for Life are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage outlined in the directions of use for each study.
  • Stop taking the supplements provided if you start experiencing any adverse side effects and seek medical advice if they continue.
  • Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
  • Store supplements in a cool, dry place unless specified otherwise.
