How do I take MENOPAUSE: PM?

Each sachet contains a non-grainy, liquid gel that can be taken directly from the sachet or added to water, smoothies or fruit juices. 

We suggest taking one sachet of MENOPAUSE: PM per day, with or without food.

When will I start to feel the benefits?

We understand that everyone is different. However, our clinical trial evidence shows that after 28 days of supplementing, you will begin to feel your peri-menopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal symptoms alleviate.

Can I take this supplement if I am on HRT?
