Directions
elénzia can be mixed with water and has a refreshing light tropical flavour. Shake well before each use.
Mix each tablespoon with 250ml of cold water and consume immediately, ideally before a meal. For ongoing use, take 2 tablespoons daily (Maintenance Phase).
For optimal results, you may take 3 tablespoons daily for 4–6 weeks (Optimisation Phase), then return to the Maintenance Phase. The Optimisation Phase is most suitable for those who are suffering with daily gut discomfort.
